Whitebox Showcase Return Policy and Procedure

We love our customers!  We provides a 30 day (from the time of shipment) money back guarantee.  If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate your return.  Products that have been modified, disassembled, abused, or missing parts or are missing packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, modifying or disassembling products voids this guarantee and may void the manufacturer warranty.  Please contact us before you open your item if you're not 100% satisfied.  

After the 30 day period, customers may deal directly with the manufacturer for warranty claims or Whitebox may be able to assist.  Please contact us to see if we can help facilitate a warranty claim.   We'll help you out if at all possible.  

Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective upon arrival.  

Whitebox Showcase Return Procedure

Please email [email protected] obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) with your Order Number and the product you'd like to return. The RMA number will be valid for 30 business days. Please ship the package back to us at your earliest convenience. Also, please make sure to insure the package is double boxed to protect the item during shipment.  All returns must have the RMA number on the shipping label.  Please do not write on the manufacturers box.  

All products must be complete, including all components, accessories, cables, software and manuals (if applicable). Whitebox cannot issue credit or send replacement for any partial returns. Additionally, if you have assembled or installed components, please disassemble or de-install item before returning.  Whitebox recommends shipping items with adequate insurance via a shipping corridor with tracking information such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Whitebox is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Credits will be issued within 7 days of our receipt and inspection of the item and assessed restocking fees based on the following:

  • If returned after the 30 day money-back-guarantee period: A 15% restocking fee will be assessed if, and only if, the item is returned in original, unopened, and untampered packaging. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  • If returned after the 30 day money-back-guarantee period: A 30% restocking fee will be assessed if products are not received in original box and/or factory sealed packaging. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  • If returned after the 30 day money-back-guarantee period: A restocking fee of higher than 30% or no refund at all may be imposed (based on our discretion) for products that are returned damaged, modified, or altered in any way. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Please be aware that unauthorized return shipments without an RMA number will be refused and the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 

International Customers

Please note that Whitebox uses a partner, GlobalShopex, for all international orders.  All international orders are subject to the GlobalShopex terms and conditions and returns must go through them.
